Connecting Cells and Cinnamon
Smart health shifts, real food, and no guilt over cake
I explore ways to feel great now and still be dancing decades from now.
Welcome! I’m Konstanze. This is where science meets real life: food that supports your body, habits that work with hormones (not against them), and a relationship with health that leaves room for joy.

Who’s behind this

Hi, I’m Konstanze. I’m a scientist by training, currently studying nutritional science, and deeply interested in how we can live well without turning health into a performance. My relationship with food has been solid for decades. More recently, I’ve been rebuilding my health after chronic illness, with food playing a central role. Both inform how I write here.
